Apricots
This is our tree after the birds ate about half of the fruit and I picked and ate a bunch.
It seems I'm the only one who likes apricots in the family but by the time I'm done trying to eat all the fruit before it goes bad I may not like them anymore either!

Can you make some apricot jam? (Maybe it is too hot to face a hot day in the kitchen though.)
I don't know how hard it is to dry apricots, but they're awfully good that way!
